Ian Prescott

Bid Director - North

Ian is a Bid Director, based in the North, and is responsible for a number of major PFI projects including the Gateways to Oldham PFI and the Little London, Beeston Hill and Holbeck PFI. Ian has over 20 years' experience in PFI/PPP project management in a wide range of sectors including housing and urban regeneration; renewable energy; utilities; water and wastewater; waste management; oil and gas. He has also worked extensively overseas in South East Asia (Hong Kong, China, the Philippines) & Central Europe (Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland).
