Regenter B3 launch new office in Brockley
5 December 2007
Brockley residents now have a one-stop-shop to access all their housing maintenance and estate services needs since Regenter B3 opened its new offices.
Regenter, a leading investor and developer of social housing projects through the private finance initiative, was awarded the £165m project to refurbish and manage over 1,200 local authority homes in Brockley by Lewisham Council in June 2007. The project consists of two phases: a refurbishment phase currently being carried out by Higgins Construction Plc with completion due in 2010; and then an operational phase with its delivery partners Pinnacle and Equipe, who will provide neighbourhood and estate services, repairs, maintenance and life cycle replacement throughout the remaining 17 years of the concession period.
Cllr Susan Wise officially opened the new office, which is located at Mantle Road, Brockley.
Steve Bonvini, Regenter B3 Manager, said: “Since the project commenced in August, we have been working to deliver on our promise to improve the quality of local residents’ homes in Brockley. Through this new office, we can provide a comprehensive and responsive service to meet the local communities housing and estate management needs.”
This is the third project that Regenter has been awarded since its inception in 2004. In Canning Town Regenter is providing refurbishment and neighbourhood services to the residents of over 1,000 homes, a project which is on budget and ahead of schedule. It is also responsible for Bentilee Hub, a joint-service project, providing a facility for multi-community services in Stoke-on-Trent.
