Shareholders

Regenter is a joint venture company between John Laing and Pinnacle Regeneration Group – two of the most respected names in the PFI/PPP and social housing worlds respectively – with the express purpose of bidding for, investing in and delivering housing PFI and PPP schemes.

Recognising the Government’s shift to a bilateral approach to transforming socially deprived areas by tackling community issues as well as improving the physical environment, the two companies decided to combine their knowledge and experience.

Regenter was formed in April 2004 and, just a few years on, has established itself at the vanguard of the rapidly growing social housing PFI sector, investing in and delivering major social housing and community regeneration projects. Regenter competes at the highest level within the sector and has an excellent track record in bidding for contracts. This enables us to influence the market and attract the very best funding terms and cost-effective delivery solutions.

We are pleased to call on John Laing and Pinnacle as delivery partners where we feel they are right for a project, however unlike many of our competitors we do not operate simply to feed our associate businesses. For each project, we look for partners who are best placed to help us provide innovative, best-value and ultimately successful schemes.
