Solutions
In this rapidly evolving market we strive to continuously improve and expand our offering to local authorities to ultimately be the housing regeneration partner of choice.
We are able to offer the full array of investment and delivery solutions for existing and new social rented housing, new affordable housing including shared ownership schemes and private for sale housing to cross subsidise the investment required to improve retained local authority housing.
This means that we are interested in bidding for housing PFI schemes, working with authorities on housing PPP solutions where PFI credits are not available and respond to housing development opportunities that compliment our PFI and PPP projects and provide cohesive, value for money and long-term certainty for our local authority partners.
We are delighted to have secured pre-qualification status with the Housing Corporation, enabling us to bid for grant from 2008 onwards to support the development of affordable housing that we will fund, own and manage as a long term proposition. We believe we are one of a very few private sector Corporation partners with a long term ownership model and as such have much to offer the Corporation and Government as part of the ‘mixed economy’ of providers. This new status and our aspirations in this area means that we can offer a genuine ‘under one roof’ mixed tenure solution to local authorities and residents in respect of some of their more challenging estates.
The delivery of services on any of our Regenter owned affordable housing developments will be delivered through a Housing Corporation accredited housing services provider.
In addition to housing Regenter is also familiar with the provision of complementary community provision such as local shops, community centres, parks and leisure facilities. To better illustrate our track record please refer to our case studies below.
