Vikki is responsible to shareholders for developing, leading and managing private sector investments for Regenter in response to public sector Private Finance Initiative (PFI) social housing and regeneration projects.

Her key achievements over the last three years include leading the consortium to financial close on three pathfinder PFI projects; the £17m new build Bentilee Joint Service Centre in Stoke on Trent, the £70m Canning Town Housing Project in the London Borough of Newham and the £100m Brockley Housing Project on behalf of the London Borough of Lewisham. Currently bidding five housing PFI projects at various stages of procurement, and recently secured preferred bidder status on three with decisions on the other two expected during 2010.
