PB for Social Housing PFI Due Summer

The announcement of a PB for Kirklees Metropolitan Council's Social Housing PFI has been postponed until the summer. An announcement regarding the £100m project was expected in early February. 

BAFOs were sent to the following two bidders in 2007:

- Regenter (Regenter/ Pinnacle/ Wates)

- South Yorkshire Housing Association (Bramel).
