Creating a new Pendleton Housing PFI Scheme

Current position:
In March 2009, the five Bidders who were successful at Pre-Qualification stage submitted their Outline Solutions for the Creating a new Pendleton housing PFI scheme. The council, along with the scheme's advisors and resident representatives from the PFI Steering Group, evaluated and scored the Bidders' Outline Solutions.
The three Bidders who were successful at this stage are:
- Inspiral Pendleton consisting of Regenter Ltd, Great Places Housing Group, RoK Building Ltd, G&J Seddon Ltd, Countryside Properties plc and LPC Living
- Solutions 4 Salford consisting of Gleeson Capital Solutions Ltd, Riverside Group, Equitix Ltd, GB Building Solutions Ltd, Cruden Construction Ltd and Powerminster Gleeson Services Ltd
- SP+ consisting of Chevin Housing Association, Bullock Construction and Barratt Homes
Inspiral Pendleton, Solutions 4 Salford and SP+ have now been asked to submit more detailed solutions for Pendleton, which will build upon the Outline Solutions previously submitted.
