Pinnacle and Regenter welcome Housing Corporation Director

Pinnacle Regeneration Group and Regenter today announce former Housing Corporation director, Steve Trueman’s appointment as their new director of Housing Investment.
Starting in September, Steve will be working closely on new asset-based initiatives with Regenter, a leading investor in and developer of social housing and community based PFI schemes.
Steve said: “I am thrilled to be joining Pinnacle and Regenter at a time when there are so many challenges in the housing sector. I’m keen to help develop the business from an asset-based perspective and looking forward to developing some of the business lines around shared equity and the long term ownership and management of affordable housing as an investment opportunity,” he said.
